Consulting With Our Users

The ILF consults with its users in a variety of ways. A User Group has been formed and the group have regular meetings to discuss various initiatives.

The purpose of the User Group is to provide a forum for consultation with some of the Funds’ service users. It is intended to provide feedback to the Funds’ management about the service we give and to suggest improvements.

Recently the group has been expanded to take on new members and meetings are held on an ad hoc basis.  Minutes are usually published on this website.

The ILF also consults more widely through nationwide events such as the ILF roadshows and participation in events staged by other organisations.
