Performance Dashboard

The Performance Dashboard is a "snapshot" chart showing headline performance scores in chart form.  The charts highlight good and bad performance areas and summarise main plans.

The charts present a single "score" against a range of each area.  This means that the performance data is converted to a standard "0 to 10" score, with "5" being the "target" performance and a scale of likely performances being agreed.

Example:

Desired accuracy = 95%

Likely performance = 93% to 98%

Bottom score "0" is set at 90% with the top "10" being 100%

Each step would represent 1%

Supporting the charts are the Results Tables that give the actual results against targets and the Further Descriptions  Table which gives more information on what is being measured.
