Survey Analysis Tender

The ILF is designing a customer satisfaction survey to be sent to all users in the near future.  The survey will ask questions about various aspects of service provision.  It will constitute a significant consultation exercise for the ILF.

To help, the ILF are seeking to use a company specialising in this sort of work to help collate and analyse the responses to the survey.

In line with our procurement policy we will be following a formal tender process to identify a suitable provider.
