Expressions of Interest in the Provision of Legal Services

The ILF is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced legal firms that wish to be considered for a contract for the provision of legal services.

The terms of the contract will be for three years from the provision start date of 1st September 2007.

A shortlist for formal invitations to tender will be selected and invited to interview prior to final selection.

We are looking for legal firms with expertise in all of the following areas:-

  • Contracts and Public Sector Procurement
  • Employment including Health and Safety
  • Trust Deeds
  • Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act
  • Human Rights Act
  • Civil Litigation including Overpayment Recovery
  • Criminal Prosecution

An understanding of Social Care legislation is also essential.

Expressions of interest should demonstrate the ability to deliver the range of services required and provide details of cost.

Information provided will be evaluated against the following criteria to select the short list.

  • Evidence of technical ability and capacity
  • Evidence of understanding of social care legislation
  • Value for money
