Information Leaflets

The ILF have created a new range of information leaflets.  The 22 User Leaflets contain comprehensive guidance about the ILF - from the basics of making an application to what to do if you need more care.  They also cover employment issues and how to make a complaint.

The leaflets are available in alternative formats (Braille, audio, different languages) if you need them.  Contact us on 0845 601 8815 for more details.

We have spent a lot of time developing the leaflets, taking advice from Mencap's Accessibility Unit and other organisations to try and make the information clear, concise and accessible.  We have used consultation with ILF users and other interested people to develop the leaflets and have tried to incorporate their ideas.

We are very interested to know what people think of the new leaflets.  Please let us know by emailing feedback@ilf.org.uk or by contacting the User Liaison Managers on 0845 601 8815.
