Executive TeamThe strategic management team at the ILF is: Chief ExecutiveAccountable for all aspects of ILF performance, reporting directly to the Board of Trustees. This position is vacant and Gary Stephenson (see below) is currently interim Chief Executive. Recruitment to fill the position is ongoing.Jesse Harris, Social Work Director
John Fuller, Strategic Policy Director Responsible for developing options for the future role and contribution of the ILF in line with government strategy towards disabled people, and for the development and communication of policy.
John Denore, Operations Director Responsible for the Funds' administration of user service, incorporating: the processing of applications, ongoing case work, payments to users, and the biannual review programme. Also responsible for payment security, debt recovery and complaints.
Gillian Smith, Human Resources Director

James Sanderson, Business Development Director Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies which shape future service delivery, IT, external communications, Data Protection and Freedom of Information, and relationships with Local Authorities.

Responsible for the recruitment, training, monitoring and supporting of the 90+ ILF Assessors who work on a self-employed basis around the UK. Also responsible for the Local Authority Liaison section of the ILF. Available to give advice and information on any Social Work issues that may arise at the ILF office in Nottingham.
