Elaine Morton, Chief ExecutiveAccountable for all aspects of ILF performance, reporting directly to the Board of Trustees.

Jacky Fisher, Social Work Director

Jacky Fisher, Social Work DirectorResponsible for the recruitment, training, monitoring and supporting of the 80 ILF Assessors who work on a self-employed basis around the UK. Also responsible for the Registry section of the ILF that receives new applications.  Available to give advice and information on any Social Work issues that may arise at the ILF office in Nottingham.

John Fuller, Strategic Policy Director

John Fuller, Strategic Policy DirectorResponsible for developing options for the future role and contribution of the ILF in line with government strategy towards disabled people, and for the development and communication of policy.

John Denore, Operations Director

John Denore, Operations DirectorResponsible for the Funds' administration of user service, incorporating: the processing of applications, ongoing case work, payments to users, and the biannual review programme. Also responsible for payment security, debt recovery and complaints.

Gillian Smith, Human Resources Director (Employee Relations)

Gillian Smith, Human Resources Director (Employee Relations)Responsible for developing and leading HR strategy within the ILF, ensuring that HR policies are legally compliant and providing profession HR guidance and support to all within the ILF.

James Sanderson, Business Development Director
